The answer: New Zealand.

Their fly-fishing is world-class. To spend a week or two on their pristine rivers is often the pinacle of a life in the water.

Their wine is also some of the finest in the world. Unique and tasty, combined with the scenery of the Kiwi landscape, makes it a travelers destination.
